Tuna in oil made at home

Pesto alla genovese con olio extra vergine
Ingredients:

600 g tuna

60 ml vinegar

600 ml water

125 g flour 00

2 cloves of garlic

2 bay leaves

extra virgin olive oil

Description:

Clean the tuna. Boil the water with vinegar, bay leaf, onion and unpeeled garlic. Add the tuna and cover for 30 minutes on a low heat. Place the tuna in the jars and cover with plenty of olive oil
