Aroma: Very fragrant, fruity, with hints of grass and artichoke

For the palate: Fresh grass with a slight hint of artichoke and almond, powerful and persistent spicy notes

Pairings: Ideal for seasoning salads, oil dips for vegetables, cheeses and bruschette; to be used raw
