For the palate: Distinct acidity with hints of artichoke, well-balanced spiciness with a light aromatic note of green tomato

Pairings: Dishes rich in aroma and a persistence of taste/smell, such as Tuscan soups, baked porcini mushrooms, baked blue fish, medium-matured cheeses, and grilled meats
