Marinara pizza with anchovies and garlic infusion

(for 4 people)
720 grams of pizza dough
8 tablespoons of tomato pulp
4 tablespoons of Bottaccio’s Infuse Garlic in Extravirgin Olive Oil
16 fillets of drained anchovies in oil
basil leaves to taste
dried crumbled oregano to taste
green pepper to taste

Flour a pastry, put the dough for pizza and pull it with a rolling pin so as to obtain four thin discs. Line four baking plates with greaseproof paper and transfer the pizza dough discs. Let it rest in a warm place for about half an hour. Then spread the tomato pulp over it. Spread on the surface of the pizzas our oil flavored with garlic, a spoon for pizza, the 4 fillets of anchovies in oil well drained and the leaves of fresh basil. Sprinkle with crumbled dried oregano. Put in preheated oven at 200 degrees and cook for 15 minutes. Take the pizza out of the oven and transfer it onto a large plate. Sprinkle with a little green pepper, if desired, and a possible addition of the same oil, then serve the hot pizza on the table.
